Chief Executive Officer
Muchimwa is an Advocate of the High Court of Zambia specializing in corporate advisory, commercial law, employment law and corporate law amongst others.
Muchimwa has extensive experience in various matters having been in the corporate advisory department of a top tier firm for a number of years as well as in other commercial firms and institutions. She also has experience in advising and assisting non-governmental organizations on various regulatory and human resource aspects.
Muchimwa holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce Law degree from Nelson Mandela University. She is a member of the Association of Young Arbitrators and has a certificate in Introduction to Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

JORDAN LUTANGU
Legal Assistant
Jordan is a Legal Assistant specializing in corporate advisory and corporate law.
Jordan has broad knowledge and experience in various matters relating to corporate and commercial law having trained mostly in the corporate advisory department of a top tier firm for three years. She also has experience in assisting large corporate entities in maintaining a legally compliant status with regulatory bodies such as PACRA and ZRA.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Northrise University, a Master’s Degree in Public International Law (LLM) from the University of Lusaka and is currently enrolled at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education.
